How it Works The first thing is to schedule a "free consultation" at a time convenient for you. If you are local, we can arrange to meet in person. If this is not possible, then we can talk over the phone, or we can "chat" using "IM" service. If you decide that you want to try our service, then you can choose a payment plan that is something that you are comfortable with. The next step is signing the Service Agreement which benefits both parties. The Agreement explains everything you will need to know. Please refer to the Rates page to see what is needed before work can be started. That's all there is to it! Peace of Mind Assurance If you feel, for any reason, that you do not want to continue working with us we will not hold you to your Agreement. Just give us 30 days advance notice in writing. E-mail is fine too and we will cancel the Agreement at the end of the thirty days. But of course we don't want you to go either.
